What does it take to buy a custom home?

 

1. The First thing you need to decide is where do you want to live. As of right now La Villa Homes has lots avaiable in Parkside Place, however, we can build on any lot you own or looking to purchase. Contact us if you want to build and do not own the lot, we can help with lot assistance.

 

2. After you have chosen a lot we will start the design process. Depending on the size of the lot we will design a house that will fit. If you decide you need a bigger house and restrained by lot size we can build up.

 

3. Once you have decided on a design we will begin the build process. The first step is laying down the pipes and foundation. Once the slab has dried we will build up the frame. Then the process continues till it is time for your inputs.

 

4. Once it is time to customize the house we will need your inputs on colors, tile, brick, carpet, counters, and so on.

 

5. A few months after finding the lot and a design your house is ready for you to move into.
