Designing and building a new custom home does not have to be a stressful and tedious process. We are not saying that building a home doesn’t cause some level of stress, but what we want to do is ensure that stress is manageable and enjoyable when the house is complete. The goal is a home building process that regrets do not exist.

The Process:

1. Identify and soldifiy the desired location.
2. List required and desired items for the home.
3.  Review and sign off on floorplan.
4. Watch foundation & framing come to life.
5. Watch roof & house to take shape.
6. Start to pick out paint colors, features, and other items to make it home.
7. House starts to look like your home.
8. Do a final inspection (we recommend hiring an inspector).
9. Take control of your home.
10. Dream came true!!!
